Registration
NORDUnet2008 Conference takes place 9-11 April 2008 in Espoo (Helsinki), Finland.
Registration to the Conference is now open.
How to Register?
Before registration, please check the Hotel options and read the information below carefully.
In the registration service, do not use the "Back" functionality of your browser. You'll be able to edit the data before confirming your registration.
After a successful registration you will receive a confirmation email in approximately 15 minutes. The official confirmation letter will be sent to you as soon as the registration fees have been received.
The registrations and hotel reservations are handled by Congreszon Ltd. In case you need additional hotel nights, please contact the conference office. The contact details are available in the registration service.
Registration fees
The registration fees include the following:
- Access to all open sessions
- All Conference material
- Lunches (Wed-Fri)
- Coffee/Tea and refreshments at breaks
- Welcome Reception (April 9th)
- Gala Dinner (April 10th)
- Wireless Internet access at the Venue
- Bus transportation between Conference Venue, selected hotels, and social events (details to be announced later)
The Accompanying person fee below includes the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner.
Please note that an accompanying person does not have access to the scientific part of the Conference (sessions and lunches).
- Registration, early bird fee (by 29.2.2008) 390 EUR
- Registration, standard fee (by 31.3.2008) 440 EUR
- Registration, late fee (after 31.3.2008) 550 EUR
- Accompanying person 80 EUR
All prices include VAT 22%
Cancellations
Cancellations are made in writing to Congreszon at nordunet2008@congreszon.fi .
If the cancellation is made by 7 March, 2008 the registration fee will be refunded (except a 25 EUR handling fee).
If the hotel booking has been cancelled after 7 March, 2008, or in the case of no-show at the hotel, one night's fee will be charged from your credit card.
The registration is always transferable to a colleague from the same organisation.
