Accommodation

Rooms will be available at Hotel Gothia Towers (at Göteborg Convention Centre - the conference venue), at Quality Panorama Hotel (10 minutes walking distance) and at Spar Hotel Gårda (7 minutes by tram).

How to book hotel

Accommodation bookings are taken together with your registration.

To secure a room, please book on the registration form, either online on the congress website, or by downloading the registration form in Pdf-format. Please book your accommodation early! After August 1st we can no longer guarantee a room.

Hotels

All rates are posted below and on the registration form; they are inclusive of breakfast and VAT. All rooms have a private bath or shower.

Please note that all reservations require a deposit covering the first night paid to get the reservation confirmed!

	Hotel Gothia Towers Travel guide Mässans gata 24, 402 26 Göteborg Scandinavia's largest hotel, 4 star Gothia Towers, is located in the same building as the conference venue. Gothia Towers also has one of Göteborgs best view in its restaurant, Heaven 23, on the 23rd floor. Rate per night: Single occupancy: 1440/1640 SEK (Standard/Sky room) Double occupancy: 1740/1940 SEK (Standard/Sky room)
	Quality Panorama Hotel Travel guide Eklandagatan 51-53, 400 22 Göteborg Quality Panorama hotel is situated in a residential area only a 10 minutes walk from the venue. The hotel hosts the well-known City Spa and has newly renovated comfortable rooms. Rate per night: Single occupancy: 1270 SEK Double occupancy: 1610 SEK
	Spar Hotel Gårda Travel guide N:a Kustbanegatan 15-17, 416 64 Göteborg A 3 star hotel, which offer nice, newly renovated rooms, with all facilities you need. Spar Hotel Gårda is situated a 7 minute tram ride from the venue. Rate per night: Single occupancy: 700/800 SEK (Single room/double for single use) Double occupancy: 900 SEK

Cancellation of hotel

Cancellation of hotel can be made before August 1st. After August 1st, no refunds can be made. Please communicate any cancellations to the Registration office, see contact details below.
