Registration

Delegate fees

Please see below for the registration fees that include the following:

All fees are in SEK, which is the official currency, 1 SEK is equivalent to EURO 0,11 (June 2006).

*Regulations for Value Added Tax (VAT) Swedish tax legislation require participants to pay their registration fee either including or excluding Swedish VAT (Value added tax).
-Delegates from a company/organisation within the European Union must state their VAT registration Number to be able to pay the Congress fee excluding VAT. If no VAT registration Number is given the fee will include VAT.
-Delegates from a company/organisation outside the European Union pay the Congress fee excluding VAT.
-Swedish delegates must always pay the Congress fee including VAT.
-Hotels, social events and fee for accompanying person always include VAT.

How to register

Registration can be made online by following this link, you can also download the registration form in a pdf-format here, which can be printed and faxed/mailed to the Registration office.

Your receipt of a successful online registration is a confirmation message on your monitor when you press "Submit". When you see the message you are registered. If the message fails to appear you have to continue or redo the registration.

Written confirmation acknowledging receipt of registration and payment will be sent to all delegates, no later than one week after your registration has been made. No registration will be confirmed until registration fees have been received.

Accompanying persons

Registration for accompanying persons (wifes/husbands/family travelling with a delegate) is available. The fee is shown above and includes the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner (Please include your accompanying person in the number of persons on the form). Please note that an accompanying person does not have access to the scientific part of the congress (sessions and lunches).

Cancellation of Registration

In the event of a cancellation, delegates have the right to get a refund of the registration fee, except an administration fee of 300 SEK, if the cancellation is received in writing to the registration office before August 19th, contact details is shown below. Cancellations made after August 19th is subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Your registration is always transferable to a colleague from the same organisation.
