Conference hotels
Hotels rooms in different categories have been reserved for the Conference participants. It is advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. No rooms can be reserved unless complete credit card details are included on the online accommodation form.
The following prices are in DKK per room per night. The prices include: Buffet breakfast, all taxes and 25% VAT. All rooms are with private bath and toilet.

Hotel Reservation Form
Participants, who wish to reserve hotel accommodation, should indicate their preferred hotel category on the hotel reservation form. Reservations can be made either on-line or by faxing the form to ICS on faxnumber + 45 3946 0515. Reservations will be made provided the hotel reservation form together with complete credit card details are sent in good time. Please note that all reservations are based on a first come first served basis. If the category of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated. ICS will, however, make every effort to comply with your request.
