- Abstract
- Netherlands Public Broadcasting is distributing its live and on-demand TV and radio streams over the internet and private networks. During the summer of 2008 (EC soccer, Tour de France and Olympics) this broke records and overloaded some ISP-networks and peering points. This presentation looks at what was done, showing trends in audio and video on the web, new developments at public broadcasters, and how this can and should be organised to stay on top of the continuing growth.
