Registration
The NORDUnet 2009 Conference takes place 16-18 September 2009 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Online registration is closed, it is still possible to register onsite at the conference.
How to Register?
Before registration, please check the Conference Hotel options and read the information below carefully.
Immediately after a successful registration you will receive a confirmation email. The official confirmation letter will be sent to you as soon as the registration fees have been received.
The registrations and hotel reservations are handled by ICS A/S. In case you need additional hotel nights, please contact the conference office reservations@ics.dk or by phone +45 39 46 05 00
Registration fees
The registration fees include the following:
• Access to all open sessions
• All Conference material
• Lunches (Wed-Fri)
• Coffee/Tea and refreshments at breaks
• Welcome Reception (September 16th)
• Gala Dinner (September 17th)
• Wireless Internet access at the Venue
One day pass does not include Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. You can book this separately on the Evening Events page.
The Accompanying person fee below includes the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner.
There is also an option in the registration form to order a Copenhagen Card, which gives the accompanying person access to free transport in the Copenhagen area (busses, trains, metro), and to more than 60 tourist attractions in Copenhagen, and a discount on many attractions and car rental.

Please note that an accompanying person does not have access to the scientific part of the Conference (sessions and lunches).

Cancellations
Payment
Payment should be remitted as follows:
1. Credit Card:
The only credit cards accepted are Eurocard Master Card and VISA. If you want to use American Express, Diners Club or Dankort (Danish Participants) please complete the registration form and fax it back to fax number: + 45 3946 0515. Please remember to indicate credit card number and expiry date, as well as the three (3) digit control number (CVC) which is printed on the back of your credit card. Some credit cards have a four (4) digit code on the front.

Please remember to add bank charges, as the recipient will not pay those.
Please make sure that your name, address, and "NORDUnet" are clearly stated on all payments and transfer documents.
A notice for Danish Participants:
Danske deltagere kan indsætte betalingen i modværdien i danske kroner på bankkonto 3001 4001154656 med anførelse af navn, adresse og "NORDUnet". Undlad venligst at sende betalingen via bankoverførsel, eller at indsætte beløbet direkte på bankkontoen uden advis til ICS.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to ICS - International Conference Services A/S and with a reference to a bank account, incl. the SWIFT Code and IBAN (International Bank Account Number), where a possible refund may be remitted to. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the cancellation is received by ICS.
Fee
Before 1 July 2009: € 50
Between 1 July and 1 August 2009: €150
After 1 August 2009: No refunds should be expected
A handling fee of € 30 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after 1 July 2009.
Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departure. All refunds will only be processed after the Conference.

Credit Card Guarantee
The credit card information you provide will with regards to accommodation be used towards the hotel as well as to ICS to guarantee your room reservation. In case of no-show, arrival after the reserved date or departure before the reserved date and cancellation, ICS or the hotel may charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to the full stay requested.
Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out.
When ICS has received your Accommodation Form with complete credit card details you will receive a Hotel Voucher. You are kindly asked to check in advance that the reservation details on the voucher are in accordance with your wishes.
Change fee hotel bookings:
Change of hotel, guest, number of nights or dates: € 25
Hotel cancellation fee:
Between 1 July and 1 August: € 50
After 1 August: Minimum rate for one night. ICS A/S reserves the right to charge for the full stay depending on the hotel's terms and conditions.
Possible changes must be addressed to ICS and not to the hotel.
Such changes must always be made by letter, fax or e-mail. When changes have been accepted, a new voucher will be issued. Please make sure to present the new voucher at the hotel, as the old one will no longer be valid.
