NUNOC is the 24x7 Operations organization established by NORDUnet, to operate and support Optical and IP network infrastructure for the NORDIC Research & Educational network(s).
Jørgen Qvist joined NORDUnet in August 2008. Before joining NORDUnet, having had is initial Telecommunications experience at TDC, he has spent +15 years in the Internet, Telecoms & IT industry, holding a variety of technical and managing positions at companies such as General Electric Information Services, MCI Worldcom and Butlernetworks.
